moved to Linear. honestly its just faster, cleaner, and my eng team actually opens it. yours became a graveyard of stale tickets nobody looked at after sprint 2
price went from $29 to $35 per seat with zero heads up. we have 22 seats. do the math. thats an extra $1600/yr for the same exact product
WHERE IS THE DARK MODE. asked for it 3 times in chat. "on the roadmap" for 14 months now

the Jira sync is completely broken. tickets duplicate themselves, status updates dont sync back, we had engineers yelling at PMs because their sprint board was out of date. absolute mess
