RetentionCheck is an AI-powered churn analysis tool operated by BCF ECOM LLC. You upload or paste customer feedback, and our service uses AI to categorize it into actionable churn insights.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you upload to RetentionCheck. Ensure you have the right to use any customer feedback you submit for analysis. Do not upload data that contains personally identifiable information (PII) such as full names, email addresses, or phone numbers unless you have consent to process it.

Accounts and billing

Free accounts include 3 analyses per month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown on our pricing page. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal — access continues until the end of your billing period.

AI-generated content

Analysis results are generated by AI and should be treated as suggestions, not definitive conclusions. RetentionCheck does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights. Use your judgment when making business decisions based on analysis results.

Limitation of liability

RetentionCheck is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. BCF ECOM LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on AI-generated analysis results.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at bcfecomllc@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of RetentionCheck after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
