1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RetentionCheck ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

RetentionCheck provides automated payment recovery services for subscription businesses. We help recover failed payments through intelligent retry mechanisms and customer communication.

3. Success-Based Pricing

Our fees are based on successful recovery of failed payments. You pay a percentage (10-20% depending on your plan) only when we successfully recover revenue for your business.

4. Data Security & Privacy

We take data security seriously. All payment data is processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never store sensitive payment information on our servers. Your customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Safeguard your authentication credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure you have proper authorization to process customer payments

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime. In the event of service disruptions, we will work diligently to restore service and communicate updates through our status page.

7. Limitation of Liability

RetentionCheck's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, we will continue processing any recovery attempts already in progress but will not initiate new ones.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
