What kinds of feedback can I analyze?

Any cancellation or churn feedback, survey responses, support tickets, app store reviews, or free-text feedback. Paste it directly, upload a CSV, or connect Stripe and we pull cancellation reasons automatically.

How does the analysis work?

Claude categorizes your feedback into distinct churn drivers, ranks them by severity, calculates confidence scores, and generates specific recommendations for each issue. Output includes a Churn Health Score (A-F) and the one fix to ship this week.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your feedback data with third parties. Analysis data is stored in Supabase with row-level security. Stripe Connect access tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted with per-key versioning.

I bought the old $399 Lifetime, what happens?

Nothing changes for you. You're grandfathered into Pro Lifetime equivalent features for life. Email me if you'd like extras thrown in for being an early supporter.
