NRR (Net Revenue Retention)

Revenue from existing customers this period vs. last, including expansion and churn.

NRR measures what happens to a cohort of existing customers' revenue over time. 100% means revenue held steady; above 100% means expansion exceeded churn (negative churn); below 100% means churn won. Best-in-class SaaS run 120%+ NRR. Standard benchmark SaaS metric for investors.

NRR = (Starting MRR + Expansion - Contraction - Churn) / Starting MRR x 100
