How long after signup a customer first experiences value.
Time to Value is the elapsed time between a customer signing up and experiencing the promised value (first 'aha moment'). Shorter TTV correlates strongly with retention: products that deliver value in the first session retain 2-3x better than those that require days or weeks of setup. Onboarding design is the primary lever.
