The Churn Health Score is a 0-100 score (with A-F letter grade) that RetentionCheck calculates from categorized cancellation feedback. It starts at 100, deducts points per insight severity (critical -20, high -12, medium -6, low -2), and floors at 0. Grade bands: A = 80+, B = 65+, C = 50+, D = 35+, F below 35.
