too expensive
moved to Linear. honestly its just faster, cleaner, and my eng team actually opens it. yours became a graveyard of stale tickets nobody looked at after sprint 2
price went from $29 to $35 per seat with zero heads up. we have 22 seats. do the math. thats an extra $1600/yr for the same exact product
WHERE IS THE DARK MODE. asked for it 3 times in chat. "on the roadmap" for 14 months now
Notion already does this for us and we're paying for Notion anyway so consolidating

ClickUp has like 4x the features for the same price, tried it for 2 weeks and never looked back
the Jira sync is completely broken. tickets duplicate themselves, status updates dont sync back, we had engineers yelling at PMs because their sprint board was out of date. absolute mess
Too confusing for non-technical folks on my team. I spent more time teaching people how to use it than actually doing work
migrated to asana, the timeline view alone was worth it
your mobile app is a joke. cant even drag tasks between columns without it crashing

We got acquired and the parent org is all-in on monday.com so we're migrating everything over the next 60 days
honestly I forgot our team was even paying for this. nobody logged in for like 5 months. thats on us but also maybe build retention features?
the API docs are from 2023 and half the endpoints dont match what the actual API returns. our integration engineer spent a whole week trying to figure out why webhooks werent firing
