too expensive for what you get
The last box arrived 3 weeks late and half the stuff was stale. When I emailed support they offered 15% off my NEXT box which is insulting
my kid has a peanut allergy and you sent peanut brittle even though its flagged in my profile. absolutely done, I dont trust you with my family
Trader Joes honestly has better versions of half these items at a quarter of the price
forgot to skip this month and got hit with another $29.99 I didnt want. the skip button is hidden in like 4 menus deep
quality went downhill since the rebrand. boxes used to feel curated, now it feels like clearance items
moved, didnt update address in time, box went to my old apartment and you wouldnt reship. $30 in the trash
SHIPPING IS ATROCIOUS. 12 DAYS FROM ORDER TO DOORSTEP. I COULD LITERALLY DRIVE TO YOUR WAREHOUSE FASTER

love the idea but the variety is the same every month. I've gotten the same 3 granola bars in 4 different boxes
bruh the packaging waste is crazy. every single snack is individually wrapped in plastic, inside a plastic tray, inside a giant box with plastic fill. I feel guilty every time

The charges on my card dont match the subscription price. I was on $24.99 and you've been charging $29.99 for 3 months. asked for refund, nothing

local farmers market has better snacks and I can try before I buy
the seasonal "exclusive" box is literally the same items from last month with a halloween sticker slapped on. cmon guys
