$1500/mo for 10 devs is insane, we're not series B yet
just using Prometheus + Grafana now, self-hosted, works fine
the SDK has had the same memory leak since v2.1 and you havent fixed it. our node process OOMs every 18 hours in prod. filed a ticket in January, radio silence
switched to Sentry for error tracking, your error grouping is genuinely bad
rate limits are absurd. we hit the free tier ceiling on day 3 and your "starter" plan jumps to $89/mo. no middle ground

the python SDK breaks on every minor release. I've pinned it to 3.4.2 for 8 months because every upgrade breaks something
too expensive at scale. we have 40 engineers. that works out to $12k/mo just for observability. we can hire a junior SRE for that
honestly your docs are a ghost town. the "quickstart" references endpoints that dont exist anymore and the community forum has unanswered questions from 2024
switching to self hosted. the cloud version is convenient but the cost at our scale makes zero sense
the dashboard is SO slow. I click on a trace and wait 8-11 seconds for it to load. every time

PagerDuty integration silently stopped working and we missed 2 real incidents. you didnt even post a status update. trust is gone
moved to an open source alt, the setup was a pain but its free and we own our data
webhooks just randomly stop firing for like 20 min chunks, cant find any pattern, support told us to "check our endpoint" like we havent already
the UI redesign made everything take 2x more clicks. I had muscle memory for the old nav and now im lost every time
Honeycomb is just better for our usecase, their query experience is night and day
